Blech!

I thought that plain nonfat Greek yogurt would be the perfect low-fat mayonnaise substitute in a tuna salad. BOY, WAS I WRONG. Totally disgusting. Don't try it. Ever. I feel gross.

I am trying to drop the remaining post-baby pounds. I've got about 10 to go. I'm not doing much differently in the eating department (I try to eat low-fat because I am now sans gall bladder) but I have been trying to get just a little more active. Which is proving difficult because A) I hate aerobic activity and B) I hate sit-ups. I do enjoy yoga, but I don't really have the time/patience for it at this particular moment in time. So what's a girl to do?

I'll tell you: Admit that my new "normal" weight is 10 pounds heavier than before baby came and STOP TORTURING MYSELF. Yep! Gonna go eat some mayo now.

  1. I tried subbing plain yogurt in mac & cheese (for the milk, I think), and it was horrible.
